- If a customer cancels a trip and the Boat cannot be rebooked for the same length of trip or longer, the customers deposit will not be refunded.
- If a customer Fails to show up/does not notify Miss Nautica inc. 850-699-8672, prior to 72 hours to that scheduled trip and the boat can not be rescheduled on that day. The customer agrees they will be charged the full trip charge on their credit card.
- No refunds provided once customer boards the boat and the boat departs the marina. The customer understands that the goal of a fishing trip is to search for fish and to enjoy the company of your fellow fisherman with the hopes to catch some. The responsibility of catching is up to the customer not the crew.
- Please do not bring glass containers, non prescriptions drugs or weapons of any kind.
